Nicki Minaj’s popularity is soaring not just in the US but also in other major markets of the world. Her new album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded has debuted at the #1 spot on the UK album charts, making her the first female rapper ever to achieve the feat. She beat her nearest competition Labrinth by a considerable amount of copies. Her first album Pink Friday peaked at #16 on the charts and took 16 months to be certified platinum — that is exceeding 300k units in sale. Congratulations to the barbie.
