Nollywood Actor, Jim Iyke Esomugha is currently grieving over the loss of his mum, Mrs. Esomugha, who passed away on Monday, 30th of March, 2014.“Yes, Jim Iyke’s mother is dead, but she didn’t die on April 1 as it is being widely reported. The old woman died last Monday in Abuja,” a close family told Dailypost. Also speaking with DailyPost, United Nations’ Youth Ambassador, David James Egwu said it’s true that Jim’s mum has passed on, but we are yet to establish contact with Jim.” Egwu is one of Jim’s closest friends in Abuja. Dailypost gathered that the late Mrs. Esomugha had been having serious health challenges for some time, before she passed away at Garki Hospital, Abuja. “She died of stroke. The woman has been sick for some time now and has been staying with Jim Iyke in Abuja,” the source disclosed. Jim Iyke publicly apologises to Linda Ikeji

Good time are now coming to Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke as he seems to have turned over a new leaf. Just yesterday, an online news journal exclusively reported that the Nollywood ‘bad boy’ had got a new media manager for himself. From what we gathered, Jim Iyke publicly apologised to the popular Nigerian blogger, Linda Ikeji for taking her as a blogger (also named Linda) that wrote a false story about him. Jim earlier tweeted at original Linda Ikeji; “Fuck off lady! I’m nt even gonna pretend to be a gentleman abt tis. U cn play d victim all u want but I dnt give a rat ass, period.” Linda then protested “U’re just attacking me for no reason. U sure u’re alright?” However, after finding out that the wrong Linda tweeted the attack at him, Jim swallowed his pride and tweeted an apology; “Apologies Linda. My vitriol on u ws a genuine error as I misread the handle. Hope u’ll boro a leaf from my apology based on ur antecedent attacks.” This has not been responded to by Linda Ikeji as at press time.

Jim Iyke Bags MultiMillion Dollar Deal With Invest Gambia

More good things for Nollywood stars as Jim Iyke has signed a multimillion dollar deal with Invest Gambia, an investment company based in The Gambia. The deal encompasses the production of three films, and also a joint venture film production company named Musketeers Production.
