WizKid & Sarkodie Both Win BET Best International Act: Africa

Just like last year where Dbanj & 2face won the Best International Act award, WizKid & Sarkodie both win this year’s Best International Act: Africa at the 2012 BET Awards. The award ceremony took place at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California on July 1, 2012. Other nominees in that category included, rapper Ice Prince, Kenyan Hip-Hop/R&B group Camp Mulla, South African singer Lira and French speaking Malian rapper Mokobe for the coveted Best African Act prize. Both Sarkodie & Wizkid have had very successful years so far, and we expect this to open bigger things for them.
