50 Cent Hospitalized; Says He Will Be Out Soon

Last night, 50 Cent caught everyone off guard when he revealed on Twitter that he has been hospitalized due to a mystery illness. Even 2 days ago, he had to cancel his interview with Funk Flex and a source from his team later told us that it was due to him not feeling well. The illness has been described as something to do with stomach but details are not available except some leaked information from a hospital employee. The G-Unit general seems to be in good spirits as he joked on his Twitter last night: “Do not do a @djdrama gangsta grillz this is all I get. Ain’t this a b*tch.
