Lupe appeared on Chicago’s The Morning Riot this morning and spoke on his upcoming album Food & Liquor II, the Chicago Hip-Hop scene and of course, Pete Rock’s disappointment at the use if the ‘T.R.O.Y.’ sample on the new single. According to Lu, it was kind of a shock to see Pete’s reaction since his team went though the proper channels for the use of the sample.
