Record Breaking Academic Performance by Nigerian Student At John Hopkins University

You have to love this. A 22 year old Nigerian of John Hopkins University in the US, Emmanuel Ohuabunwa from Arochukwu, Abia State obtained a Grade Point Average of 3.98 out of a possible 4.0 to earn a degree in Neurosciences. Emmanuel becomes the first black man to make this Grade at the university. With this, he has won a scholarship to Yale University to pursue a degree in medicine. He has also been inducted into Phi Beta Kappa Society, a prestigious honour group that features membership of 17 US Presidents, 37 US Supreme Court Justices, and 136 Nobel Prize winners. Anyone familiar with John Hopkins University know very well that this is a very prestigious school and one that is tough to get into navigate. Congrats to him. It’s good to see Nigerians do great things, especially outside the country.
