It was a big night for the movie industry as the African Movie Academy Awards brought out the best and brightest in Africa. Popular Ghanaian actor Majid Michel and Nigerian Nollywood star Rita Dominic snagged up ‘Best Actor’ and ‘Best Actress’ category. Jimmy Jean-Louis and Nigerian actor OC Ukeje hosted the show and Hollywood stars Morris Chestnut, Lynn Whitfield, Maya Gilbert and Rockmond Dumbar were present at the show.
